RATIO ANALYSIS It is a report which is used by management of company to know status of company or whole performance of company. Some important ratios are as follow: 1) Current ratio:- it shows the ratio between current assets and current liabilities. Current ratio = current assets/current liabilities 2) Quick ratio:- it is the good indicator of liquidity. Quick ratio = current assets – stock in hand/ current liability 3) Gross profit ratio:- by using this ratio a businessman can find out earning capacity of his business. Gross profit ratio = gross profit * 100/ net sales 4) Net profit ratio:- by using this ratio a businessman can find out net profit of his company. Net profit = net profit * 100/ net sales Create ledger and voucher entries and then to view the report of ratio analysis follow the path: To view ratio analysis:- G.O.T.(gateway of tally) --> ratio analysis.

For example:- 1) Salary paid Rs. 50,000 through PNB. 2) Rent paid Rs. 30,000 through PNB. 3) Commission paid Rs. 20,000 through PNB. Working steps: First of all we create a company. Now create ledger in the created company. Path for ledger creation: - G.O.T. (Gateway of tally) --> accounts info --> ledger --> create(multiple). Now we will do voucher entry as follows: Path for voucher creation:- G.O.T. Tally Vault: It is the strongest password of Tally. We get it Company Creation form. After using the password the name of our company has been converted in the symbol of star (***). We can identify by serial number. 8. Tally Vault: This option is used to change password of our company. When we enter on this option dialog box opens as follow:- When password will be change then serial number of Company also change.
