CASH FLOW

It shows the condition of cash in our company.

The cash flow report displays inflow, outflow and net flow of the company.

When we receive cash then it shows inflow, paid cash shows outflow and net cash shows net flow.

Create a company, do ledger and voucher entries in it.

After doing ledger and voucher entries, see the report of fund flow.

To see the report, follow these steps:-

Path for view cash flow:-  G.O.T. (gateway of tally)--> display--> cash flow.

Your fund flow report will be displayed.

Note:- The transactions which are based on credit are not show in cash flow.

By pressing “enter” key on any month we can see monthly detail of cash flow.

FUND FLOW

Fund flow statement shows the condition of funds.

It gives working capital of the company.

Working Capital = Current Assets – Current Liability

Fund flow shows the net fund of our company.

The transaction which increases working capital is called sources of fund.

The transaction which decreases working capital is called application of fund.

Create a company, do ledger and voucher entries in it.

After doing ledger and voucher entries, see the report of fund flow.
