If we want to split our company financial year then we select Split Data of Company option from Company Information box by pressing enter key, box open as follow:-
Split Data of Company
Name : Sahara Company
Split from : 1 September, 2009
(This data will become the financial year beginning for the new company )
There new companies will be created and opened

1st Company : Dharma (from 1 April, 2009)
2nd Company : Dharma (from 1 September, 2009)
